Our Mission

The  mission of the Board of Directors is to provide leadership, guidance,  and resources to preserve Lake Frances as a healthy and stable  ecosystem.  By actively serving as stewards of Lake Frances, goals include:

• Educating the community to increase awareness and appreciation for the natural environment of the lake.
• Investing mutual time and energy towards increasing residents quality of life and property values.
• Helping shareholders, homeowners, and public groups recognize and mindfully solve problems related to water quality.
• Serving as the liaison between County and State agencies, OCRM/DEHC, and the Harbor View Road Project engineers to implement and maintain an effective Storm Water Management Plan. 
• Operate as economically and efficiently as possible.
