Lake Frances Membership Application

Annual shareholder dues of $50.00 are used exclusively for Lake Frances taxes, liability insurance, maintenance, and enhancement of the lake. Becoming a member is important for the Board of Directors to meet its mission in preserving Lake Frances as a  healthy and stable ecosystem. Annual association dues are due January 15 of each calendar year.  Residents of White Point, Lawton Bluff, that do not live on the lake are eligible to pay annual dues of $15.00 for the use of Lake Frances.
